For those who wish to use the indexing system described in my book I have provided the following index wheel templates. These are in pdf format. Clicking on the file will open that file so you may print the index wheel template. These will all print an 8 inch diameter index template that may be scaled up or down on a copier.
If you need a template for a number of segments not found on the list please email me. I can easily generate the template and add it to the list.
